You’ll receive a one-time upfront payment, plus monthly payments so long as the client remains with our firm. There’s no maximum for this cumulative passive income stream.Fit us around your other priorities

We provide your training curriculum, including online videos, flashcards and plenty of moral support.
Depending on your experience and availability, this is 2 - 10 weeks of studying. (We find our Ambassadors are more likely to over-study than underprepare.)
You may be exempt from this regulatory requirement if you hold certain other finance credentials, such as the ChFC, CFA, CFP, CIMA or PFS.

We will never ask you to make cold calls or to do anything that makes you or someone else uncomfortable.

Comfortable recommending RightWise Wealth to people who like and trust you
We won’t ask you to make cold calls or memorize scripts to overcome objections. Quite the opposite: we want to help you find a comfortable and authentic way to share RightWise Wealth. We hope you’re the sort of person who is excited to share something great with the people you care about.Track record of academic accomplishment
Our training program is accelerated, and we want our Ambassadors to succeed. We have no hard cutoffs, but we’ll want to see something in your background that suggests you can meet an academic challenge.No disqualifications
Ultimately, this is an area where we exercise professional judgement, but there are black-or-white situations, especially if you have a criminal record related to financial services.

No. Ambassadors are 1099 contractors. We do not dictate your specific hours or duties, and you have no guaranteed compensation.

Ambassadors do not provide financial planning or investment management to our clients; we employ professional advisors to own and serve those relationships. Ambassadors receive their securities license so that they can speak credibly on financial basics and receive compensation for their work in this regulated space.

No. While you can refer individuals directly (and we hope you feel excited to share our services with people who could benefit) you will never be asked to cold call or to spring sales requests on high school friends under the auspices of "just catching up." Ambassadors primarily share our firm by sharing our educational events with their communities.

No. RightWise covers all costs associated with your background checks, training, Series 65 program and regulatory registration.

No. You are only paid for referred prospects who subsequently sign with RightWise Wealth as clients.

No. You are only paid for clients who sign with our firm. RightWise Wealth may reject a client if we do not believe our services are a good fit for their needs, and clients may decide not to work with us after discovery conversations or reviewing a proposal.

It varies, depending on your background in the material and your experience taking tests. The questions are straightforward and the passing score is only ~70%, but the list of potential topics is long and some are obscure. One month of focused studying or two months of relaxed studying should suffice for most. As Founder Caitlyn Driehorst likes to joke, "Guys named 'Chuck' pass this exam every day."

No. We have no revenue share based on recruiting new Ambassadors (i.e., there is no “pyramid.”) You are not assigned a production team nor are you required to make any upfront investment.

Yes. As a contractor, you are paid for successfully sharing our firm with prospects who then sign to become clients.
